I MOVE THAT the independent CPA firm, Mayer, Hoffman, McCann P.C., be contract for the audit of RCSC and the preparation of income tax returns for RCSC and the Sun City Foundation for the years ending December 31, 2011, 2012 and 2013. As Treasurer, I am recommending this firm over its competition based on its national accreditation, credentials, comparable fees and interview process.
