Concert Band and Women’s Chorus to Perform at Sun Bowl on April 2

Enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars when “The Voices and Winds of Spring” can be heard on Wednesday, April 2 at the Sun Bowl Amphitheater, as Sun City’s own Concert Band takes to the stage including a special appearance by the Sun City Women’s Chorus.

You’ll be treated to a musical extravaganza ranging from patriotic marches to Broadway show stoppers and much, much more when these two Sun City performing arts groups come together in this special weekday concert.

Under the expert guidance of George Zoske (musical conductor of the Sun City Concert Band), Jane Higgs (musical conductor of the Sun City Women’s Chorus) and Charles Musgrove (assistant musical conductor of the Sun City Concert Band), this promises to be the show few will soon forget.

The concert begins at 6:30 p.m. and is free for RCSC Cardholders and their invited guests. Gourmet food vendors will be on-site 1-1/2 hours prior to show time for your dining pleasure.  Bring your own lawn chair or blanket and plan to be entertained by these extremely talented Sun City musicians.

The Sun Bowl Amphitheater is located at 10220 N. 107th Ave. (just south of Peoria Ave.) in Sun City.
