Bell Artistic Stained Glass Club was chartered in 1987 and is Sun City’s only stained glass club dedicated completely
to stained and kiln formed glass art work. We boast many talented members and qualified instructors.
Visitors are always welcome. We can give you a tour of our club and explain the history of our prized Carousel. You
can visit with club members, observe while members work on projects, and view the beautifully crafted artwork for
sale.
Membership is open to residents of Sun City who have a current RCSC resident card. The Basic Beginning Stained
Glass Class is required for membership to the club. To sign up and reserve your space in the beginning class, bring
your RCSC card with photo ID to the club, along with a $20 non-refundable deposit. The on duty Monitor will assist
you with registration and picking a class time. The class meets three times a week over a two week period. Each
class is four hours. Classes are available morning, afternoon or evening. At the end of the two week course you will
have two completed projects to proudly display. .
After completing the Basic Orientation Class, members have full use of all equipment and tools in the club. Once
monitoring requirements are met, you can then take other classes offered by the club. Some of our classes include
Principles of Fusing, stepping stones, sand blasting, 3-D iris, kaleidoscope, just to name a few.
