The Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc., in collaboration with Arizona State University, will be launching a survey this month that will ask RCSC Members and Cardholders to provide information about their current recreational activities and what they might like to see in the future.
Email correspondence from “ASU/RCSC Survey” will be sent to email addresses on file with RCSC on January 16. All RCSC Members and Cardholders are strongly encouraged to participate, preferable electronically if possible. Paper surveys will be available at the Lakeview Center Corporate Office (10626 W. Thunderbird Blvd.) and at the Sun City Visitors Center at Bell (16824 N 99th Ave.) if you are unable to participate electronically. Paper responses will require additional labor and may delay the tabulation process so completing the survey online in encouraged. Photo Member or Privilege Cards must be presented when picking up a paper survey and only one response per member/cardholder will be allowed.
It should take 30-40 minutes to complete the survey. The results will help determine how current residents use RCSC facilities, providing a clearer picture of the demographic make-up and lifestyles to help us plan with residents for what amenities would be desirable. The deadline for submitting surveys is Monday, February 6, 2023.
A second survey will be conducted soliciting input from younger, prospective Sun City residents from designated geographic areas to determine what interests and hobbies they might wish to pursue should they elect to relocate to an active adult community such as Sun City.
