One of the hobbies enjoyed by people from all walks of life is the fun and satisfying world of ceramics. We welcome all skill levels: newcomer, beginner, intermediate and advanced. An individual one-on-one orientation introduces the new member to the basics in an environment of encouragement and friendliness, with continued guidance available as needed. Our annual membership dues are only $10 per RCSC cardholder. Many of our classes are free; some require a very nominal fee. Classes include airbrushing, clay lifting, glazing, brushstrokes, decorating with translucents, Zentangle, underglaze pencil, and other embellishing techniques. We also have greenware and decorating supplies available for purchase on-site, as well as beautifully finished pieces suitable for gifts.
