The RCSC Elections Committee wishes to announce the candidates for this year’s Board of Directors Election. There are eight candidates running for three vacancies:
- John Hemphill
- Michael Kennedy
- Peter Lee
- Dan Schroeder
- Ronald Smith
- Barry Spinka
- Carl Stein
- Larry Williams
All eligible RCSC Members are encouraged to attend one of the upcoming Candidate Forums to meet the candidates and ask questions. Candidate Forums will be held on:
- Monday, November 11 at 6:30p.m. Marinette Auditorium
- Tuesday, November 19 at 1:30pm Fairway Arizona Rooms 3 and 4
Voting this year will be online through the RCSC Web Portal. Each RCSC Member must first register on the portal in order to cast their ballot. Online voting will begin on Monday, November 11 through Tuesday, December 10 (Election Day). Safeguards are in place which limits qualified Members to only one vote and confidentiality of each Member’s ballot will be maintained throughout the election process.
Any eligible RCSC Member that does not have an email address, computer access and/or may not want to log onto the web portal may come to the Lakeview Center on Election Day, December 10, 2013, to cast their ballot in person. Those Members who visit the onsite polling location that day will be instructed on how to vote electronically and directed to computer stations setup for voting purposes.
Any Members having difficulty with the RCSC Web Portal should email webportal@sunaz.com and include their name, member number, date of birth and property address. Staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm to address these concerns.
