Members of the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. are encouraged to attend this year’s RCSC Membership Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in the Sundial Auditorium. Registration will begin at 8am and the meeting will start at 9am.
This meeting gives members in good standing an opportunity to be part of the process and your participation at this event will show your commitment to planning for our future.
RCSC Member Cards (with photos) must be presented in order to register for this meeting. Neither golf cards nor key fobs will be accepted. members must arrive by 9am and no privilege cardholders will be allowed to attend this meeting.
Information regarding the Proxy Voting process can be found on the RCSC website at https://suncityaz.org/forms/. Proxy forms collected by Members for those unable to attend must be returned to the RCSC Corporate/Board Office no later than Tuesday, October 18, 2022 (10 business days prior to the meeting).
Take this opportunity to meet with RCSC Board Directors and Management staff and learn more about the community you have chosen to call home. The RCSC Membership Meeting only happens once a year, so mark your calendar and make plans to attend. Light refreshments will be available.
The Sundial Recreation Center is located at 14801 N. 103rd Ave. in Sun City.
