Looking to hear from Members that work full-time or have other daytime commitments, the RCSC Board of Directors will hold an evening Board/Member Exchange next month on Monday, May 9 at 6:00pm at the Lakeview Recreation Center, Social Hall 3.
The RCSC Board/Member Exchange in typically held on the second Monday of each month (except July and August). While the Board normally hosts two evening Board Meetings during the year, this is the first Member/Exchange to be held after hours. Many Members have requested evening meetings be held on occasion since they are unable to attend during the day and this affords working Members the opportunity to come and share their concerns with the Board.
In addition, the regularly scheduled RCSC Board of Directors monthly meeting on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 9:00am will be held in Lakeview Social Halls 1-2, due to work scheduled for the Sundial Auditorium.
The meeting agendas will be available online at www.suncityaz.org under Recreation Centers, Corporate.
The Social Halls are located on the upper level of the Lakeview Center at 10626 W. Thunderbird Blvd. in Sun City.
