Beginning in April 2019, the RCSC Board of Directors changed their meeting format and the Board now conducts two meetings each month (typically the second Monday and the last Thursday). Management Reports are now distributed to the Board prior to the Thursday meeting and sent to Members one week prior to this meeting with the agenda packet. These reports are no longer read at meeting but concerns and questions are addressed as needed.
Only one report is now prepared that includes information about various corporate departments, finance and budgeting data, construction and maintenance project details (including costs) along with golf and grounds updates.
RCSC Management Reports for the months of July and August (when the Board does not meet) are published in the SunViews newsletter, posted on this website, and sent to residents via RCSC News Email Alerts.
