Classes Offered:

All classes are taught by a professional fitness instructor and are held in the Marinette Social Hall.

• Mat Pilates – Mondays & Fridays 1-2pm: Improve core strength and flexibility. Cost is $5/class.
• Low Impact Aerobics – Tuesdays & Thursdays 1-2pm: Increase your stamina and improve balance. Cost is $4/class.
• Functional Strength Training – Tuesdays & Thursday 2:10-3pm: Improve overall strength and muscle endurance. Cost is $4/class.

FUNtastic Fitness is open to all RCSC Cardholders and their escorted guests. Annual dues are $5. Your first class is always FREE. For more information, please email or call Sheryl Merkel (260-413-3862)
