WELCOME: Couples and singles are invited to join us at the beautiful Sundial Auditorium in Sun City. We are open to RCSC card holders, escorted guests, and visitors. Our goal is to make you feel welcome and have a wonderful dance experience. We provide lessons before each dance, included with your admission. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished ballroom dancer, you will love our club. Sundial has one of the largest dance floors in the Valley. There is ample seating and tables available. We provide water, ice and cups. You may bring your own beverages and snacks.
LESSONS: You can choose from beginner lessons in the West Hall or Intermediate lessons in the main hall. Our two professional instructors focus on one of the popular dances for a month and then move to another one, thereby covering 8 different dances in 8 months. You will learn the basic or intermediate patterns and then tie them together for a nice practice routine. What a fantastic way to learn dances as a total beginner or practice your existing dance skills!
MUSIC: Our DJs play a wide variety of the best dance music. They will also take requests. Our most popular ballroom dances are Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Nightclub, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, and Tango. We will also typically have one each of these: Country 2-Step, Quickstep, and Bolero. A few fun line dances are always included that are fairly easy to learn.
