Giddy up and get yer youngin’s down to the Sun Bowl on Saturday, April 4 from 9am to noon for some hee-haw good times when our pals from the D bar T Stables bring some real live critters to Sun City; sorry, no llamas this time. Hitch up the saddle and take a pony ride or help with the farm chores like feedin’ and tendin’ to the chicks, ducks, bunnies, goats and more – all for free for RCSC Cardholders and their ‘lil escorted buddies.
We promise to have lots of eggs (not from no chickens) for the age-restricted hunts – all filled with candy and prizes! We’ll start the hunts promptly at 915am for children ages 2 to 4 followed by 5 to 8 year olds at 9:30am, and 9 to 12 years at 9:45am.
Come meet “Ducky” and Mrs. Bunny for a really Easter Egg Huntin’ Face Paintin’ good time. You can bet fun times are gonna be had by y’all so c’mon down to the “Bowl”!
On Easter morning, we’ll be back at the Sun Bowl for our annual Sunrise Service beginning at 7:00a.m. with services provided by United Church of Sun City. Bring your lawn chair and take part in this joyous celebration with family, friends and neighbors as we observe this splendid holiday the way Sun City has for over 50 years.
The Sun Bowl open-air amphitheater is located at 10220 N. 107th Ave. in beautiful Sun City AZ.
