The Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. (RCSC) would like to correct some information being reported inaccurately in some of the local media regarding the assault that occurred in Sun City recently. The assailant accused in the assault, Franz Scott, is not an RCSC employee, nor a volunteer ranger, nor a registered golfer on the day in question.
RCSC has no explanation as to why Franz Scott was on the golf course that day or would approach the victim, Robert Wescott, while walking his service dog.
