It’s time for a big splash of fun with a Dive-In Movie and Ice Cream Social at the Mountain View Recreation Center on Saturday, August 16 beginning at 7pm.
RCSC Cardholders and their guests are invited to this cool evening of entertainment which will start off with tasty treats at the Ice Cream Social featuring gourmet ice cream and lots of yummy, scrumptious toppings.
Then it’s time to sit back and relax with a great flick poolside featuring the movie “Moneyball” starring Brad Pitt and Robin Wright – the story Oakland A’s general manager Billy Beane’s successful attempt to assemble a baseball team on a lean budget by employing computer-generated analysis to acquire new players. The film is rated PG-13.
Popcorn (both salted and unsalted) and bottled water will also be available at no charge.
This event is free for RCSC Cardholders and their invited guests. Please note there will be no afternoon movie on this day in preparation for this evening event. If the forecast should call for inclement weather, this event will be moved indoors.
