Members of the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. are encouraged to attend this year’s RCSC Membership Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, 2024 in the Sundial Auditorium. Registration begins at 5pm and the meeting will start at 6pm.

This meeting gives members in good standing an opportunity to be part of the process and your participation at this event will show your commitment to planning for our future.

In order to register for this meeting, RCSC Member Cards (with photos) must be presented. Neither golf cards nor key fobs will be accepted. Members must arrive by 6pm and no privilege cardholders will be allowed to attend this meeting.

RCSC Members are advised of the following deadlines for submission of materials that they wish to be considered for the meeting agenda:

• Motions to amend the Articles of Incorporation – Due Friday, February 9 by noon
• Motions regarding proposed changes to the RCSC Bylaws – Due Friday, February 23 by noon
• Motions regarding other matters – Due Friday, February 23 by noon

All documentation should be submitted in writing to the Corporate/Board Office at Lakeview Center. Members may visit the RCSC website at www.suncityaz.org or call 623-561-4600 for more information.

Members unable to attend this meeting in person may want to designate another member to represent them. The Proxy Voting process can be found online https://suncityaz.org/forms/. Proxy forms collected by Members for those unable to attend must be returned no later than Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
