Since 1960, Sun City AZ has led the way in active adult fitness, offering education and appropriate exercise to seniors of all ages. Senior fitness education is a growing trend, and Sun City Recreation Centers offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to help you meet your goals. Seven fitness centers are available, and two of our fitness centers have recently been transformed, updated, and expanded with more great changes on the way!
