At the So Grand Exercise Club you’ll have fun while exercising. We do low impact aerobics, upright and floor static stretching along with flexibility maintenance to help agility and balance.
Each exercise program includes sessions of various arm, body, and leg exercises that help maintain body fitness utilizing three different formats: standing static stretching, walking pattern and floor stretching on a mat. All instruction is on movie screen. Classes are open to all RCSC cardholders.
