An even better name for this club might be “Cardio, Stretch, Flex, Tone and Balance”. We strive to work out the kinks and improve our overall health with our workout DVDs every Monday through Saturday at 6am, 6:45am, 8:00am and 9:00am and Sundays at 8:00am and 9:00am in the Bell Center Aerobics Room, located at the end of the hallway past the gym.
Classes vary in intensity – from LOW to MODERATE to HIGH.
Pick days and times and join us for three (3) free visits. Just let a member know you are joining the Stretch ‘n Slim group. Joining is easy – the annual membership dues are only $5.
