Table Tennis Club

The Sun City Table Tennis Club is a great place to stay in shape while making new friends! The club meets at the west end of the Bell Recreation Center, near the mini golf course. The club is open to all RCSC cardholders, and with five tables we will keep you busy playing. The club has hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday (details below). Men and women of all skill levels are members of our club.

Although club members can play anytime during club hours, we prioritize time periods for different levels of players so you can play with people at or near your own skill level. Beginner-level players play in the early morning, intermediate-level players play in the late-morning, and advanced players play in the afternoon. Please contact the Club President for more specifics about these groups / times, and to get a recommendation on where you might best fit in. Or, if you prefer, just show up anytime and we’ll get you started!

Balls are provided by the club. The RCSC provides paddles at the check-in desk outside the clubroom, though most players choose to get their own paddle. The club will be glad to assist you in ordering your own custom paddle if you choose to go that route.

Lessons are available, and a top-level table tennis robot is also available for practice purposes. Club membership dues are only $10 annually (an extra annual fee is charged for robot usage). We have a club-member tournament every year where lunch is provided, and many prizes are awarded – it is a long and fun-filled day!
