The Sun City Pickleball Club, chartered in 2003, is active year-round and now has 1100+ members. There are courts at two venues — the Marinette Recreation Center with 20 courts (eight covered), and the Mountain View Recreation Center with seven courts. Introductory lessons are offered for those new to the sport along with a variety of other clinics, ladders, round robins, leagues and fun activities once you become a club member.
Annual membership fee for RCSC Cardholders is $20 for existing club members; for new club members there is the $20 membership fee, and $8 for their name tag.
This paddle sport has elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. To participate, the only equipment needed is a paddle and a pair of court shoes.
