Bell Aerobics Club We are an exercise class. We practice by performing a mat and floor routine. Each class uses equipment such as weights, a band, a pole, or nothing. Every fitness level can benefit from these exercise classes. You can modify every exercise by using a chair for balance or any adjustment that fits your situation. Open to all RCSC card holders in good standing. Come, get fit, have fun and meet new friends!
