Canasta is a card game much like hand and foot. A canasta is when you have 7 of any suit, such as 7-5″s. You olay with a partner and after one complete game the winners of that game go to another table so you get to meet lots of people. We pay out for the 1st and 2nd place winners and the booby price for the lowest score. We play the version of Canasta called “Pennies from Heaven.”
