At Fairway Sterling & Stones, creativity, friendship & opportunity abound in the fascinating world of jewelry making.
In a friendly, safe & welcoming environment, we offer the opportunity to learn how to create beautiful pieces of jewelry using club-taught skills in Lapidary, Silversmithing, Coppersmithing, Lost Wax Casting, Glass Fusion, Wire Wrapping, Chain Making, Enameling & more. And the best part? No experience necessary! From start to finish, you’ll have access to years of knowledge and skill from our friendly club members who are always willing to share & help.
Our club has all the tools & equipment you’ll need, as well as a fully stocked supply shop for purchase of most of the raw materials required.
All new members start out by taking our Essential Skills class & Basic Soldering class led by knowledgeable senior members. After taking these two basics, members are then able to sign up for instruction in Lapidary, Silversmith, Lost Wax Casting, Glass Fusion, Wire Wrapping, Intarsia and other class selections.
In addition, we offer a number of different short workshops focused on teaching specific skills & techniques, such as making cuffs & bracelets, rings & earrings, alcohol ink, copper enameling, etching & metal texturizing.
We also have a beautiful jewelry showroom in which members are able to sell their creations.
