Handweavers and Spinners

Sun City Handweavers and Spinners Guild is an active community located in the Sundial Recreation Center, at 14801 N. 103rd Ave. We are open year round and welcome all active RCSC members. Yearly dues are $10.00.
We have active groups in Basket Weaving, Fine Stitching, Rug Making, Hand Needle Felting, Inkle and Kumihimo, Beading, Tatting, Floor and Table Weaving and Spinning/Knitting/Crocheting. We offer classes in all these elements. We have teachers, a library of reference materials and patterns available to members. We have over 25 floor and table looms and various other looms available to members.

Beginners are welcome. Come learn new skills, make new friends, share your ideas and creativity, make items for yourself, family and friends as well as for the Fall and Spring Craft fairs. Come take a tour.

• Beading – 9 to noon
• Spinning, Knitting, Crocheting – noon to 3

Tuesday:

• Rug Making – 9 to noon
• Tatting – 9 to 11
• Needle Felting – noon to 3

Wednesday:

• Weaving Classes – 9 to noon
• Open Weaving – noon to 3

Thursday:

• Fine Stitching – 9 to noon
• Inkle and Kumihimo – noon to 3

Friday:

• Basket Weaving – 9 to noon
