The So Grand Exercise club meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 am at the Fairway Rec Center, Arizona Rooms 1 and 2. The exercise consists of upright and floor stretching, low-impact aerobics, flexibility maintenance and fitness. All instructions are on the movie screen via DVD. Annual dues are $3.00.
