Guest Pass / Punch Card FAQs

FAQs for RCSC Guest Policies

  1. Who qualifies as a guest at RCSC?
    • A guest is any non-resident friend, family member, or caretaker/caregiver of an RCSC Cardholder. Spouses and Sun City, Arizona residents do not qualify as guests. Caretakers/caregivers can be exempt from the daily guest fee by submitting an annual Physician Verification of Caretaker/Caregiver Requirement Form to the Corporate Office. The form is available here.
  2. What are the age restrictions for guests?
    • Guests must meet specific age requirements for certain RCSC activities as detailed in the Cardholder Guide. An adult must accompany all guests under the age of 19 at all times on RCSC property.
  3. How can guests access RCSC facilities?
    • Guests need a Guest Pass to access all RCSC facilities, except for bowling and golf. Guest Passes can be purchased for $2.50 per person per day at the RCSC Web Portal. Consecutive Day Guest Passes are available for up to seven consecutive days.
  4. What are the sign-in procedures and usage limits for guests?
    • All guests, including immediate family, must initially be signed in by an RCSC Cardholder in person if using an existing Host Punch Card. If a Guest Pass has been purchased online, adult guests are not required to be escorted by the Cardholder after initial check-in. Each guest is limited to 14 visits per year. Screenshots of Guest Passes are accepted if printing capabilities are not available.
  5. What should I do if a guest pass is lost or unused?
    • Lost or unused Guest Passes cannot be refunded or replaced. Guest Passes expire according to the date(s) they were issued for.
  6. How can I assist a guest if I physically cannot sign them in?
    • If an RCSC Cardholder with a disability requires modifications to access and enjoy RCSC facilities, they may request reasonable accommodations by submitting a written request to the Director of Operations at the Corporate office. Forms are available online at www.suncityaz.org or at the Corporate office. For assistance with the form, the Director of Operations or their designee is available to help. Oral requests will also be recorded and processed accordingly.
  7. What identification is required for guests under 18 without a government-issued ID?
    • For guests under 18 without a government-issued ID, a birth certificate can be used as an alternative form of identification. Electronic copies of the birth certificate are acceptable.
