Human Resources

The last CPR/AED/First Aid training for the fall was held on November 6. Twenty employees received their certifications during the three training sessions held.

Each year, several months are spent by management working with various providers of employee benefits to assess RCSC’s current benefit plans and costs to determine what changes we need to make for the following year. Decisions on plan changes and the cost of those plans have been completed and we are now preparing for open enrollment meetings to present the plans to full-time employees. The 2018 benefits plan highlights brochure is in final draft and meetings are scheduled for early December.
