Due to health concerns for all RCSC cardholders and guests, smoking is now prohibited in the pool area at Bell Recreation Center. Although we have tried to accommodate smokers at Bell Center’s pools, there is no spot in the pool area that does not affect non-smokers in some way. Therefore, RCSC has decided to align Bell Center’s pool area practice with that of the newly opened Fairway Center. This change only affects the pool area at Bell Center. Smokers are still able to smoke in designated smoking areas around Bell Center. For information on where the designated smoking areas are, cardholders may ask the Bell Facilities Attendants.
