Members of the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. are encouraged to come to this year’s Annual RCSC Membership Meeting on Monday, February 27, 2017, at the Sundial Auditorium. Registration will begin at 6:00pm.
This annual event includes reviewing highlights from the past year along with the goals and objectives for the future, the annual budget, and the membership meeting, which begins at 6:30pm.
Based upon input from the community, the Board is holding this year’s meeting in the evening to better accommodate residents’ varying schedules and also shortening the meeting length. There will be a little something of interest for everyone, but most importantly – a chance to be part of the process that makes Sun City AZ great. Your attendance and participation at this event will show your commitment to the importance of community involvement in planning for our future.
Residents must present their RCSC Member Cards in order to register for this meeting. Light refreshments will be available.
“We are moving the Annual Meeting to an early evening time slot in hopes that people who work, an ever increasing number of our members, are able to take part,” stated 2017 RCSC Board President Rich Hoffer.
Take this opportunity to meet with RCSC Board Directors and Management staff and learn more about the community you’ve chosen to call home. The RCSC Membership Meeting only happens once a year, so mark your calendar and make plans to attend.
