Dear Cardholders,
With the temperatures rising, we wanted to remind you that many RCSC committees will be taking the summer off or meeting irregularly. Some committees will not meet in June, July, and August, while others will meet in June before taking off for July. Remember, RCSC holds no meetings in July, including Board-Member Exchanges and the Regular Board Meeting. To ensure you get the most accurate schedule information for committees this summer, logon to www.sunaz.com and click on “Meetings” under the Corporate tab.
Our 13 committees are made up of volunteer cardholders who serve the Board of Directors by researching and discussing particular issues and then making recommendations to the Board for review. For a full list and rundown of what committees we have and what they do, head over to www.sunaz.com and click on “Committees” under the Corporate tab.
We encourage all cardholders to attend and participate in committee meetings, whether as an actual member of the committee or just to bring ideas and suggestions. Cardholders and invited guests are welcome to attend committee meetings.
