Stretch & Slim Club

An even better name for this club might be Stretch, Flex, Tone and Balance.  We strive to work out the kinks and improve our overall health with our workout DVDs every Monday through Saturday at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (during winter season) in the Bell Center’s Aerobics room (at the end of the gym’s hallway). We also offer free Zumba classes from January through mid-April (See schedule below).

The classes vary in intensity – from LOW to MODERATE to HIGH, so check the class schedules from the links below and come try us out.

Pick a day and time and join us for three (3) free visits. Just let the monitor know your are joining the Stretch ‘n Slim group. Joining the club is easy and the annual membership dues are only $5 (and that includes the free Zumba classes).
